Orders less than $150 will be charged an $8.50 flat rate ground shipping fee.
We offer free ground shipping on orders over $150.
All items are READY TO SHIP unless otherwise noted in product description and will ship within 1 to 3 business days.
Custom Name Hat/Sweater Pre-Order FAQs
Production
- Production takes up to 12 weeks from the time your order is placed.

Yarn color may vary slightly on hat and sweater orders placed at separate times. If you would like to ensure a match, please order coordinating pieces together.
Change/Cancel Pre-Order
- Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been placed.
- Double check text, size and color selections before submitting order.
- All sales are final. Not eligible for return or exchange.
Pre-Order and Ready to Ship Combination Orders
- If you place an order for Pre-Order AND Ready to Ship outfits, your entire order will ship together when the Pre-Order pieces have arrived.
- If you would like the Ready to Ship outfits to arrive sooner, please place TWO separate orders: One order of only Ready to Ship and One order of only Pre-Order.

- After the Pre-Order window has closed, no changes can be made to your order.
- Any cancelled orders once the pre-order window has closed, will be issued a refund as store credit only.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Items?
We do our best to ensure your items arrive to you safely but sometimes things happen. If you utilized our Checkout+ feature, rest assured that your package is protected!
With package protection, in the event that your package is lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit, we will replace it free of charge. To start a shipping claim, please click here.
