Production and Shipping

All purchases are shipped through UPS Ground (if available) unless requested otherwise.

Orders less than an $150 are charged an $8.00 flat rate shipping fee.

We offer free shipping on orders over $150.

All items are READY TO SHIP unless otherwise noted in product description and will ship within 2 to 4 business days.

During times of high volume, such as a sale, processing of orders make take up to 2 weeks.

PRE-ORDER FAQs

Pre-Order and Ready to Ship Combination Orders

• If you place an order for Pre-Order AND Ready to Ship outfits, your entire order will ship together when the Pre-Order pieces have arrived.
• If you would like the Ready to Ship outfits to arrive sooner, please place TWO separate orders: One order of only Ready to Ship and One order of only Pre-Order.

Change/Cancel Pre-Order

• During the Pre-Order time frame, you may change or cancel your order for a full refund to your original form of payment.
• After the Pre-Order window has closed, no changes can be made to your order.
• Any cancelled orders once the pre-order window has closed, will be issued a refund as store credit only.
