All items must be shipped and postmarked within 10 calendar days of being delivered.
If returns coverage is purchased at time of purchase, customers will receive a prepaid shipping label through our returns portal. If returns coverage was not purchased, return shipping costs are at the customer's expense and should be purchased through our returns portal.
All items must be returned in their original condition with original tags still attached, unworn and unwashed.
Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit only.
Your store credit will be sent to the email address associated with your order that was provided at checkout once your return package is in transit. If you do not see your store credit in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
Personalized, Sale or Discounted items are FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Items?
We do our best to ensure your items arrive to you safely but sometimes things happen. If you utilized our Checkout+ feature, rest assured that your package is protected!
With package protection, in the event that your package is lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit, we will replace it free of charge. To start a shipping claim, please click here.
